These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lemgo. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Lemgo is for personal, non-commercial use by adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live.
You may only use Lemgo if you can form a binding agreement with us, provide truthful account information, and comply with these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through it. If you sign in with Apple, your access may depend in part on your Apple identity credentials. You must keep your information reasonably accurate and up to date.
You agree to use Lemgo lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, scam, spam, exploit, or abuse other users. You may not upload unlawful, violent, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content, and you may not interfere with the operation or security of the app.
You are responsible for the content you submit, including profile text, photos, audio, and messages. You must have the necessary rights to share that content, and it must not violate the law or the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. However, by submitting content to Lemgo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
Lemgo includes safety features such as blocking, reporting, and moderation-related review. We may investigate complaints, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or disable accounts where we believe it is necessary for user safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
Lemgo is a platform to help people discover and communicate with one another, but we do not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, or relationship outcomes. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any feature.
You may stop using Lemgo at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created safety risks, engaged in abuse or fraud, or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons.
Lemgo may include advertising, including ads delivered through third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Your use of the service acknowledges that advertising may appear within the app experience.
The Lemgo service, branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service as intended, these terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
Lemgo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be safe, secure, error-free, available at all times, or suitable for every user or situation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Lemgo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Lemgo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply instead. If you want a more specific governing-law clause before launch, we should choose the exact operating entity and jurisdiction explicitly.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we may update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the app or through other service communications.
